Tri-Continental Limited is IBM CEWA’s largest Distributor, Systems Integrator and Strategic Services Delivery Partner, selling IBM Products and Services through the IBM channel across sub-Saharan Africa. In addition Tri-Continental Limited serves Business Partners in supporting delivery, installation and maintenance on IT projects in Africa.

We offer an extensive range of hardware and software installation and post-sales support services to our customers and partners across all African markets with specialist and certified resources available across the territory in most countries.

Tri-Continental has additionally developed and provided the skills and resource capacity and competence across the African markets to support Global Outsourcing Projects which allow and enable global clients to optimize operational processes and focus on businesses. These services include desktop and server management, IT Infrastructure management and Service Management

We have consistently achieved and delivered our targets and contractual commitments, and service level expectations with our Suppliers and Clients, and have demonstrated our loyalty and flexibility despite the difficulties and complexities of the markets and the demands of our clients locally and internationally.

Our infrastructure, with a headquarters in London, the 3 regional Hubs located in Lagos, Nairobi and Johannesburg, with 8 branch offices, enable us to provide services delivery capability across 29 countries in CEWA. We have over 150 services professionals deployed across the territory, in association with our resellers, are able to support multiple projects ranging from infrastructure installations through to managed-services in support of multinational companies requiring service and support in multiple countries.
